白老、博物館見学、担い手との話し合い Visiting the Shiraoi Ainu Museumand discussion session with apprentices

17日は、白老アイヌ民族博物館を訪れ、伝統的な古式舞踊を観たのち博物館を見学し、その後はケイト・チェリントンさんによるワークショップを伝承者（担い手）育成事業で研修中の5名と共に行いました。We visited the Shiraoi Ainu Museum Porotokotan. After watching traditional dance performances and getting a tour of the museum, Kate Cherington led a workshops with 5 apprentices who study at Porotokotan.


古式舞踊のステージでは、最後にケイトさんや他のメンバーも加わり皆で踊りを楽しみました。 Kate and other members of our group joined in on the traditional dances at the end.

 

博物館見学では、担い手の5名から各展示コーナーの解説がありました。 Each apprentice shared their knowledge about the different displays in the museum.

その後は、ケイトさんを囲んでの担い手との対話ワークショップが行われました。参加者の担い手は、中井貴規さん、新谷裕也さん、山丸賢雄さん、山道ヒビキさん、木幡弘文さんの5名でした。ワークショップは対話形式で行われ、担い手5名へ、ケイトさんから担い手として研修を重ねる意義や、将来とのつながりなどの重要な質問が投げかけられ、担い手一人一人の想いが語られました。

途中、ランチに博物館のアイヌ料理メニューを頂きながら、担い手とケイトさんの間で色々な言葉が交わされた充実した話し合いとなりました。
